Villa Rental Credit Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to offer flexibility to our valued guests. The following outlines our credit policy for villa rentals:

• Credit Issuance: In cases where cancellations are made in accordance with our cancellation policy, we may offer a rental credit for the full or partial value of the reservation.
• Validity Period: Any rental credit issued will be valid for up to 12 months from the date of issuance. The credit must be used within this timeframe, and no extensions will be permitted.
• Transferability: Rental credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is on the original booking.
• Application: Credits can be applied to future villa bookings based on availability. The credit cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
• Exclusions: Rental credits do not apply to additional fees, including but not limited to cleaning services, taxes, or security deposits.
