Villa Rental Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a clear and fair cancellation policy to ensure clarity for our guests. Please review the following terms:

• Standard Cancellation Window: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
• Partial Refund Window: Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may offer a rental credit instead of a refund, at our discretion.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, guests must contact our customer service team via email or phone. Cancellations will be considered confirmed only after receiving written acknowledgment from our team.
